At G & N Plumbing, we believe in honest, transparent pricing with no hidden surprises. Whether you require plumbing, heating, gas or air conditioning services, we’ll always explain our charges before work begins, so you know exactly what to expect.
Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning Rates
Please note:
- A minimum one-hour charge applies to all hourly-rate work.
- Additional time is charged in 15-minute increments.
- Out-of-hours call-out fees apply. Please refer to the relevant pricing section for domestic or commercial call-out charges.
- Payment is due within 7 days of completion.
- Invoices are issued electronically (paper copies are available on request).
- Insurance reports are charged at £50, redeemable against future work.

Free, no-obligation quotations are available on request and remain valid for 30 days.
Quotations are provided electronically (paper copies are available on request) and include a description of the proposed work, together with the total quoted price.
We will always confirm our charges with you before any work begins.
We use only genuine, high-quality parts, which are charged at the manufacturer’s current recommended retail price (RRP), unless otherwise agreed.
Commercial Boiler Servicing and commercial Gas Safety Certificates are charged at our commercial hourly rates.
We accept all major credit and debit cards.
